Who controls Xtend-Life?
We believe as a potential customer you have a right to know who controls and owns the business you are dealing with. So, if you wish to know the facts about the Xtend-Life group here they are:
All the below three Companies are owned by a holding company called Xtend-Life Holdings Ltd which also owns all the intelletcual property. This company is 100% owned and controlled by the Matthews family trusts based in New Zealand. The subsidiary companies are:
>> Xtend-Life Natural Products (Intl) Ltd, carries out Research and development, distribution of products and customer relations.
>> Natural Products (NZ) Ltd, manufactures all Xtend-Life products. It does not produce products for any other Company.
>> Xtend-Life Natural Products (Thailand) Ltd, imports and markets Xtend-Life products in Thailand
Warren Matthews is Chairman of all four companies with his sons Lance and Kane Matthews also on the board of all four Companies.
None of the companies are answerable to venture capitalists, banks or corporate shareholders who put profits before customers.
